We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. 

Returns: Our 30 Day Warranty

Vibrate Kalimba stands behind our products and offers a 30 Day Warranty on all items, Starting from the date of you received the product that in question. This means that all exchanges and refunds can be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. Verification of return (i.e, return tracking number) will be required in order to process the refund; if verification is not supplied, a refund will no be processed. Returns must be sent no longer than 10 business days from the date you receive return instructions. Late returns will not be accepted.

If the return is caused by the customer*, customer should be responsible for the shipping fee and respective taxes. We will deduct the fee and taxes if the cost is borne on our end when proceeding refund.

  • Shipping Fee: The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Taxes: Import tax apply when the product(s) returns to the country of our warehouse. The tax rate accounts for 20% of total order value during custom clearance.

* Note: Consumer shall bear both shipping fee and taxes if return is caused by unaccepted physical nature of the products, e.g. the sound produced by the end keys on both sides may be less perfect than others, original spot or slight color variances derived from the materials rather than damage caused by shipping.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee and taxes for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

How to return/exchange item and proceed refund

Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us:

  1. First, Contact Us to raise the request for return and corresponding reasons.
  2. After we have confirmed your desire to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
  3. Post your item to a given address. We advise the return goods by Post Office shipment facility rather than couriers like DHL, UPS, which may cost much more. Also, we strongly recommend you send the products using a secured or tracking method (mandatory in order to be eligible for a refund), and that you retain your proof of postage. As soon as we have your return, we will issue a full refund/exchange.
  4. We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. You can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 working days of your package return. We are not obliged to give you a refund until we receive the returned products.

Late or Missing Refund Amounts

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Still not there? Contact your bank or credit card company next; sometimes refunds take longer to process before being posted. Exchanges

We offer replacements for any items that may have been received as defective or damaged, or if you’re simply not happy with the size or color. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Contact Us at hi@vibratekalimba.com and we will be more than happy to assist you! Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

Order Cancellation Request

Cancellation requests after 3 hours of the placed order will be not accepted, whether or not your desired item(s) has been shipped. If you order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

Mis-delivered Packages

Packages that are shipped to a different or wrong address due to an incorrect or insufficient address being provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund of any kind. We may attempt to contact you if we believe that the address you provided may be incomplete or invalid, however, it is your responsibility to provide an accurate address to avoid complications. If we are unable to contact you in a timely manner by phone or email we may ship your order to fulfill our shipping method deadlines. If you believe your package may be going to a different address than the one you provided us on your order you can attempt to contact the carrier and request that the package be rerouted to a local pickup location such as a post office or UPS/FedEx pickup location. Please note that these services are provided by the carrier and may incur additional fees which will be your responsibility to take care of. 

Stolen Packages

If you believe that your package has been stolen please notify your local law enforcement immediately. We take lost or stolen packages very seriously any would like to assist you in opening an official investigation for missing mail. While we understand that mail theft is an issue in some areas, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen if tracking information states the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
