The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. The fulfillment center and the postal service company process the orders, which takes an additional 2 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. Delivery usually takes about 7-25 days but can take longer from time to time due to unforeseen reasons. All orders are shipped by 4PX for free to the below countries or regions: United States, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service generally , so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.

Tracking your order:

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Please allow 2-5 days for the tracking information to show.

I have entered an incorrect address

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at hi@vibratekalimba.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

My item arrived damaged
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
